Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install wiki-ingestion-agentWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginSpawned per source from the vault's raw/ layer, the agent runs a prep script, reads the file (PDFs and images included), then reports the title, TL;DR, key claims, pages it plans to touch and contradictions. It waits for your confirmation before writing wiki/sources/<slug>.md and updating 5 to 15 entity, concept and synthesis pages, creating stubs when pages are missing. It regenerates the index and appends a log entry, and uses merge mode if a summary exists.
