Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install windsurf-incident-response

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets the severity, follows a decision tree and runs the P1 playbook for a production bug caused by AI-generated code: immediate mitigation, revert through a dedicated incident branch, then verification. Git steps still follow your repository process.
