Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install workspace-as-code-project

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes the project configuration with the SDK's define functions, plans the changes, then deploys them with cargo-ai project. It follows the project documentation for each resource: connectors, models, plays, agents, segments, folders and apps. You get a reproducible workspace that goes through code review.
