Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install write-project-journey-report

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent fetches the full project timeline from claude-mem, estimates its size, then has a subagent analyze it. The report follows the required sections and a narrative style, then gets saved. You get the story of how the project evolved, from the start to today.
