In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install writing-agents-staffingWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent prepares a brief for other agents: which lane goes to whom, which skills to tell them to load, which files to pass and which reader effect to aim for. It also chooses the number of lanes and the model suited to the work. You get a clear split, ready to hand over.
