Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install x-bug-report-triage

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the runtime contract first, then analyzes a bounded public sample with the intake tools. It runs the local scoring, routing and draft contracts and flags what is still simulated. You get a report that separates the real parts from the stubs.
