Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install zoom-scribe-media-transcription

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent looks at the source, its size, the language and the expected latency, picks fast or batch mode, then designs ingestion, chunking, retries and webhook callbacks. For live media, it compares with RTMS or a Meeting SDK bot. You get a documented transcription pipeline.
