Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't the sweep cross the whole name when I change it?

The sweep distance is set in pixels (SWEEP_TRAVEL) for the sample name; the agent must adjust it to the width of your name.

Is the Montserrat font included?

No. It must be installed or loaded; the agent can also replace it with another font.
