Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install scribble-callout-circle

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent places this layer over your video, sets the label position, stroke style and wobble, then writes your text. The ellipse draws itself, a curved connector leads to the handwritten label, and the shapes absorb its arrival with a slight squash. You get a lively annotation for tutorials and demos.
