Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install customer-health-risk-scoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent inventories signals (usage, sentiment, support, commercial, product feedback, executive engagement), weights each with time decay, then converts the score into tiers (green, yellow, red) linked to playbooks. You get a scoring grid and a retrospective validation procedure.
