Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install customer-health-score-model

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent combines usage and engagement signals into one score, with weighting, normalisation, decay and bands, then tests it against real churn to recalibrate. It also diagnoses a score that predicts nothing. You get a verifiable specification.
