Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install customer-jobs-interviews

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies the Jobs-to-be-Done framework: it identifies the job the customer wants done, the context of the purchase and the reasons for leaving, then prepares interviews. You get leads to find your real competitors.
