Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install customer-journey-mapWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent splits the journey into stages, lists the touchpoints and the emotional curve, and spots pain points and moments of truth. You get a journey map in markdown, with an optional Mermaid diagram. Without research data, the skill first points to an interview or survey synthesis.
