In a terminal, from the folder you want:

First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginIn run mode, the agent checks source freshness, updates the index and hot.md, then writes the state read by the notification. In setup mode, it installs the 9 AM daily reminder with launchd, systemd or cron.
