Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install data-observability-pre-edit-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

In Claude Code, the agent checks Monte Carlo before you change a dbt model or SQL pipeline: table health, active alerts, lineage and blast radius. It can also generate monitors as code. You get an impact assessment before you edit.
