Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install diagnose-langsmith-experiment-failures

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent locates the experiment, finds low-scoring examples and groups failure patterns using run evidence. It works read-only, never shows or stores API keys, and treats dataset and model content as untrusted evidence. You get a report with likely causes and fixes to test.
