Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install funnel-retention-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks whether the numbers can be trusted, then reads the shape of funnels and curves to produce ranked hypotheses. You get a short list of leads to verify, without drawing conclusions from one isolated figure.
