In a terminal, from the folder you want:

First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent takes one hypothesis or a whole HYPOTHESES.md file, drafts an open question for each, and reviews every draft against four criteria. It groups related hypotheses and keeps a QUESTIONS.md file numbered Q1, Q2… and mapped to the H-numbers. It works one question at a time, never in a batch.
