Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install inventory-reorder-planner

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent reads your sales and stock (online store or CSV), computes 7-day and 28-day velocity, projects a conservative stockout and sizes the order using lead times and inbound stock. It also lists the cash tied up in slow movers, then drafts purchase orders and vendor emails for approval.

No. A sales CSV and a stock count are enough and give the same output. Connectors are optional.

Does the skill depend on other files?
