Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install itsm-setup-orchestrator

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent offers a list of tracks: incident management, Agentforce for ITSM, CMDB, channels and the unified catalog. It runs the chosen sub-orchestrators in order, then gives a summary and suggests the remaining tracks. You get an overview of the ITSM configuration.
