Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install knowledge-base-from-tickets

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent analyses your tickets to find recurring questions, then drafts a FAQ and step-by-step tutorials. It indicates where screenshots and videos belong, optimises content for search and tracks self-service deflection. You get articles designed to cut ticket volume.
