Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install local-document-analysisWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent sets an analysis plan, splits the folders across subagents and writes a findings file per slice. It then produces a synthesis report where every claim points to its file path and an exact excerpt. You get a structured reading of your documents, with no unsourced summary.
