Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install obsidian-daily-notes-cliWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent opens or creates today's note, appends entries (journal, tasks, links), reads notes and searches the vault. It understands relative dates such as “yesterday” or “last Friday”. Obsidian 1.12 or later, with the command line interface enabled, is required.
