In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install obsidian-orphan-notes-triageWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent finds notes with no incoming or outgoing wikilinks, separates expected orphans from those worth reconnecting, then proposes either archiving or linking into a map of content. It applies safety rules before any change. You know which notes to reconnect and which to archive.
