Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install obsidian-tag-taxonomy-cleanupWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent finds duplicate or drifted tags, merges them following a consolidation table and removes bare placeholder tags. It brings over-tagged notes down to two or three canonical tags. You get one consistent taxonomy across the vault.
