Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install obsidian-vault-analyticsWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent reads the vault through Obsidian's official binary (v1.12 or later) and computes locally a health score, orphan notes, stale notes and broken wikilinks, with raw SQL queries. Version 1 is read-only: no note is modified.
