Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install periodic-note-summary-rollupWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent reads the child notes' descriptions and writes a synthesis into the parent note's description. For a project or topic history, it compiles the periodic mentions into a dedicated note. If the vault has its own rollup procedure, that one takes precedence.
