Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install recognition-sync-performance-tuning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets a performance baseline, identifies a specific bottleneck and improves it within the customer's contractual limits. It uses synthetic fixtures and reconciliation to confirm nothing regresses. You get a measured improvement and a stop threshold.
