Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install research-experiment-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts from a method proposal, splits it into paper claims and links each claim to the experiments that test it. It adds the evaluation protocol, the run order and the compute budget. You get a plan that ties every claim to its evidence.
