Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install s3-vectors-embeddings-search

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates the vector bucket and index, generates embeddings if needed, adds vectors with their metadata, then runs filtered similarity queries. It also says when OpenSearch is the better choice, for example for high query rates or hybrid search.
