In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install sec-filing-amendments-reviewWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent specifies the ticker, period and amendment type, queries Octagon MCP, then sorts the amendments: periodic reports, registration statements and proxy documents. It flags material changes against the original filing. The Octagon MCP server must be set up.
