Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install threejs-weather-scenes

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adds weather that actually reads as weather: rain anchored in front of the camera, a storm built by pushing the rain, lightning on its own light with thunder delayed by distance, snow that settles until the ground turns white. It also covers common pitfalls (copied buffers, relighting too often). You get clear, rain, storm and snow states the visitor can switch.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an existing Three.js scene?

Yes, the skill adds weather to an existing scene; it mentions two sibling skills for ground and buildings, but they are not required.

Are the sounds included?

No, the skill explains how to generate them and loop them without a seam; the audio files are yours to create.
