Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install unreal-character-movement-cmc

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes custom movement modes, floor detection and moving platforms, and fixes client-side prediction. It explains when the CMC is preferred over the Mover plugin. You get movement code aligned with Unreal Engine 5.8, with no extra plugin.
