Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install unreal-materials-rendering

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates and updates dynamic material instances, parameter collections and render targets. It sets up scene capture, post-process settings and decals, and accounts for Nanite, Lumen and Substrate in Unreal Engine 5.8. You get rendering code that follows the engine API.
