In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install wiki-index-rebuildWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent lists the space tree, compares it with the index, adds missing pages, removes deleted entries and notes the counts. It does not edit page bodies. You get a reliable index.
