Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install whiteboard-diagram-export

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes a .tldr JSON file with shapes and arrows, checks the result, then exports it to PNG or SVG through @kitschpatrol/tldraw-cli. The rendering is hand-drawn by default and can switch to clean fonts. You get an image diagram, generated locally.
